Mrs. Ruby Jeanette Brannen Stoltman, age 69, of Lake City, Fla. passed away on Tuesday, May 20, in the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Lake City, Fla. after an extended illness. She was born in Macclenny, Fla. and resided in Lulu, Fla. before moving to Lake City in 1999. She was employed as Executive Director with the Union County Housing Authority, Lake Butler, Fla, for many years until ill health forced her retirement. She was a member of the Providence Village Baptist Church and loved gardening and being with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rafuse Columbus and Luevenia Bennett Hodges and her sister, Linda Hodges. She is survived by her husband, John W. Stoltman of Lake City, Fla.: Her daughter, Patricia (Joseph) Barrera of Lake City, Fla.: Her son, Jesse Brannen of Mayo, Fla.: Nine siblings, Rafuse Hodges, Gary Hodges, Mary Pritchard, Danny Hodges, Rick Hodges, Connie Green and Timmy Hodges all of Glen St. Mary, Fla., Joanne Rudd and Sandy Koon both of Smithland, Ky.: Five grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Saturday, May 24, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Lake City, Fla. Interment will be in Swift Creek Cemetery, Union County, Fla. Visitation will be from 12 P.M. (Noon) to 2 P.M. Saturday (2 hours before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME.
