Ruth Ann "Rufus" Moore

Mrs. Ruth Ann “Rufus” Moore passed with peace and grace at Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainesville, Florida on September 29, 2017 at the age of 77.  She is survived by her husband, Carl Moore, her two sisters, Nancy L. Funkhouser and Patsy L. Hockman both of Strasburg, Virginia and one brother, Terry N. Bly of Milton, Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by three brothers, William E. Bly of Lewisburg, Pa., James H. Bly of Powhatan, Va. and Harry T.  “Tommy” Bly of Winchester, Va. Ruth Ann had two children, Jack Watson of Lake City and was predeceased by her daughter, Shelley Isom.  She also had three grandchildren, B.J., Jenna and Samantha.  At Ruth Ann’s request, there will be no funeral services at this time.
