Mr. Samuel Edison Anger, Sr., age 81, of Sanderson, Fla. passed away on May 9, 2013 in the V.A. Medical Center, Lake City, Fla., following an extended illness. Mr Anger was born on January 25, 1932 in Dearborn, Michigan to Jay and Eva Anger. Mr. Anger lived in Jacksonville, Fla. from 1962 to 1971 when he moved to Baker County. He was a Veteran of the Korean War and worked as an electrical engineer for many years in Jacksonville, Fla. He was a member of the First Assembly of God, Macclenny, Fla. He formerly served as Chaplain of Frank Wells Nursing Home, was a member of the Baker CountyPlanning Board and the Sertoma Club and enjoyed wood working, church and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Samuel E. Anger, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Mildred H. Anger of Sandeson, Fla.: His daughter, Cindy (Glenn) Rhoden of Sanderson, Fla.: His son, Timothy Edward (Angela) Anger of St. Cloud, Fla.: Four grandchildren, Cristy (Michael) Carson, Christopher Rhoden, Bailey Anger and Lorelai Anger,: Three great-grandchildren, Seth, Sion and Scarlett,; Step-grandson Julian Evans Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M., Monday, May 13, in the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Joshua Potts, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery, Sanderson, Fla. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M., Monday (One hour before services) at the church. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Fla. is in charge of arrangements.
