Sarah Lynn Parris

Mrs. Sarah Lynn Parris, age 50, of Macclenny, Florida died Friday, Sept. 4, at her residence following a brief illness. Sarah was a beautiful soul who brought joy, laughter and happiness to all who know her. Sarah was an animal lover who loved taking care of all that she could. Sarah’s first love was her children. She strived to be the best mother she could be. Sarah gave to charities and donated time as well. Sarah is a yellow rose of Texas recipient by the governor of Texas for her hard work. Sarah was a Coast Guard Veteran. Sarah touched so many in the time she was with us. The moment I set my eyes on her I knew she was the one. She was my everything. She is preceded in death by her father, Mr. James "Ron" Boone. She is survived by her husband, James Parris of Macclenny, Florida: her mother, Elsie Boone of Henrico, North Carolina:  her two children, Beau Aliso of San Diego, Ca. and Sierra Wilson of Spring Hill, Florida. Siblings, Laura Sisk of Clarksville, Tennessee;  Donna Boone of Largo, Florida; Ronnie Boone of Gulfport, Florida; Mike Boone of Springfield, Virginia; Teresa Boone of Henrico, North Carolina and Wanda Daniels of Pinellas Park, Florida. A memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Parris will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday, Sept. 10 in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Macclenny, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 2 to 3 P.M. Thursday (One hour before services). Please consider in lieu of flowers, make a donation to the family’s GoFundMe link.
