Sarah Nell Pittman

Mrs. Sarah Nell Keene Davis Pittman, age 86, of Baldwin, Florida passed away Wednesday, May 4, in the St. Vincent’s Riverside Center for Caring, Jacksonville, Florida. Sarah was born October 31, 1935 in Lake City, Florida to John H. and Eunice Beal Keene. She had resided in Baldwin, Florida since 1957 , was a member of the Baldwin United Methodist Church and graduated from Macclenny-Glen High School in 1953. She worked and retired from Prudential Insurance Company in 1992 after 35 years of service. She loved to travel, shop and play games on her tablet. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband Shannon Davis,  sister, Mary L. Eddy and grandson Brayden Bullard. She is survived by her husband, Silas Pittman; Son Daryl (Gwen) Davis, daughter Diane (Fred) Bullard, Step-daughters Alexis Pittman (John) Williams and Daphne Pittman (Sean) Masters; brother, James W. (Gwenn) Keene; sisters, Marlene (Jim) Joyner, Gwendolyn Bunn,; granddaughter, Kayla (Tony) Camarata: grandsons, Joshua (Erica) Davis, Blake Bullard and Clay Bullard; great-grandchildren, Luke Davis and Paisley Bullard and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Pittman will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, May 7, in the Baldwin United Methodist Church with Rev. Ike Mathews and Rev. Chris Drum officiating. Interment will be in Brandy Branch Cemetery, Bryceville, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will  be from 6 to 8 P.M.  Friday, May 6, at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Florida.
