Shelton William Pervis
November 13, 1956 — July 6, 2014
Mr. Shelton William Pervis, 57 of Macclenny, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville. He was born in Kissimmee, Florida and had lived most of his life in Baker County. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest D. Pervis, Sr and his mother, Vertie Dugger.
Survivors include one son, William A. Pervis, Jacksonville; two brothers, Thomas D. Pervis, Macclenny and Ernest Pervis, Jr., Starke; one sister, Virginia “Boots” Bennett, Starke; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside gathering will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Macclenny. Interment will follow.
