Shirley Starling Conger

Mrs. Shirley Starling Conger, 63 of Watertown, TN passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her home. She was born in 1949 in Live Oak, FL to the late Ellis and Betty Sands Starling and had lived in Macclenny, FL prior to moving to Watertown, TN in 1997. She retired from retail and was a member of the Landmark Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Al Starling.
Survivors include her husband of forty three years, Sherman Conger, Watertown, TN; one daughter, Teleathia (Samuel) McGauley, Lake Park, GA; one son, Jason (Rebecca) Conger, Lebanon, TN; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Val Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Maypop Cemetery in Lafayette County, FL. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8:00 PM on Friday evening at the funeral home.
