Shirley Ann Norman

Mrs. Shirley Ann Norman, age 72, of Macclenny, FL passed away Sunday, July 31, in Macclenny, FL. Mrs. Norman was born in Albany, GA and lived in Jacksonville, FL briefly before moving to Baker County in 1972. She was a member of the Taylor Church, Taylor, FL and enjoyed playing card games. She was a home maker and loved taking care of her husband and family. Mrs. Norman is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Daisey Sheffield, and two brothers, Danny and Marvin Sheffield. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Sam Norman, Sr. of Macclenny, FL: four children, Debra (Denton) Bowen, Tammy Norman, Bo (Kathy) Norman, and Angie Norman, all of Macclenny, FL: four sisters, Betty Hanks, Lilly Moultrie, Linda Ellis, and Johnie Ellis, all of Albany, GA: two brothers, Ray Sheffield and David Sheffield, both of Albany, GA: seven grandchildren, Brandi Oca, Ashley (Ryan) Johnson, Wesley (Kaleigh) Norman, Anna Bowen, Cheyenne Norman, Ashlynn Hires, and Alivia Norman. Six great grandchildren also survive. A remembrance service to honor the life of Mrs. Norman will be held at 2 P.M., Thursday, August 4, in the Taylor Church, with Rev. Mark Woods, Pastor, officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 1 to 2 P.M. (one hour before services) at the church.
