Shirley Rumsey

My loving wife and mother to our four children, Shirley Ann Rumsey passed away peacefully on December 28, 2014.  She  was a generous,smart and witty woman. She was a retired nurse who worked for the states of N.Y. & Fl.  She would not want anyone to weep for her,  She lived a wonderful life surrounded by loving family & friends. She is survived by the love of her life, husband Tom O. Rumsey of 60 yrs.  Children: Kimberly J. Hoatlin, Kenvin Ray (Christine) Rumsey, Sherry L. Rumsey & Thomas J. Rumsey.  Brother & Sister-in-law James & Mary Etta Stedge.  Six Grandchildren & four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by granddaughter Brittany L. Hoatlin.  Shirley would want us to celebrate her life with a toast to each other and sends God's blessings to all.  In honor of her wishes there will be no funeral services, just a private family celebration.
