Tara Tennille Jacobs

Miss Tara Tennille Jacobs, age 35, of Fort White, Florida passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, in the Baptist Medical Center Downtown, Jacksonville, Florida following a brief illness. She was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and had resided in Lake Butler, Florida before moving to Fort White, Florida in 2021. She worked as an independent contractor with Instacart in the food delivery business for the past four years. She was a graduate of Lake City Community College in the pharmacist technician program. She loved music, socializing, and mostly as a free spirit and kayaking. She was preceded in death by her father, Spencer Lee Jacobs and her mother, Victoria Constable-Archambault. She is survived by her son,  Lenix Lee of Fort White, Florida; her companion, Shawn Scott Brock of Fort White, Florida; two step-children, Derrick Brock and Izzick Brock both of Fort White, Florida; her sister, Tinisha Jacobs of Ocala, Florida; two brothers, Tyler L Jacobs and Troy Jacobs both of Ocala, Florida; her maternal grandmother, Ellen Constable of Dunnellon, Florida. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, Jan. 15, from 11 A.M to 2 P.M. at The Lodge at Poe Springs, 28800 N.W. 182nd Avenue, High Springs, Florida 32643. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W.
