Mr. Victor Manuel Santiago, age 36, of Macclenny, Florida passed away on Monday, Dec. 5, in the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida. Mr. Santiago was born in Miami, Florida and served in numerous U.S. military installations before moving to Macclenny, Florida two years ago. He worked overseas in the military police for over 12 years in the Enduring Freedom campaign in Iraq and Qatar. He was Army veteran and a SFC and his most recent assignment was U.S. Army recruiter in the Lake City, Florida office for the past two years. He was of the Roman Catholic faith, loved spending time with his children, drawing and spending time in physical fitness. He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Dolph. He is survived by his wife, Jessica Santiago of Macclenny, FL.; his children, Victoria Marie Santiago, Francisco Santiago, Antonio Santiago and Diego Santiago all of Macclenny, FL.; his mother, Anselma Padilla of Macclenny, FL.; two sisters, Alicia (Richard) Alaniz of Okemos, Michigan Selena Padilla of Lansing, Michigan; one brother, Abraham Dolph of Lansing of Lansing, Michigan also survives. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Santiago will be held at 12 P.M. Wednesday, Dec. 14, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, Macclenny, Florida. Interment will be in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 11 to 12 P.M (One hour before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Florida.
