Walter "Wally" Charron

Mr. Walter "Wally" William Charron, of Moore, South Carolina, passed away at his daughter's home on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at the age of 79. Wally was born in Portland, Maine. He was the son of Come' Joseph Charron and Anna Beatrice Barbrick Charron. He moved to Macclenny, Florida in 1966 with the love of his life, Mrs. Eteyle Lynn Davis and they lived there until 2011. They were married 57 years. He was a retired civil service worker employed by the Department of Defense and specialized in aircraft mechanics. Wally was a faithful member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church while living in Macclenny. Wally was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joseph Charron, Jr. He is survived by his lovely wife, son Timothy (Consuelo) Charron, daughter Carol (Paul "Tony") O'Neill, son David Charron and son Mark "Tony" (Jennifer) Charron. He had 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5, at Guerry Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, October 7th at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Anthony Sebra officiating. Following Mass, Interment will be at Manntown Cemetery in Glen St. Mary, Florida. Guerry Funeral Home, US 90 E., Macclenny, FL is in charge of arrangements.
