Walter Michael Pringle

Mr. Walter Michael “Mike” Pringle, age 56, of Glen St. Mary, Florida died Friday, Nov. 17, in the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida following a sudden illness. He was born in Macclenny, Florida and had resided in Glen St. Mary, Florida since 1990. He was a senior road grader with the Baker County Road Department for the past 29 years. He enjoyed salt water fishing, video games, watching western movies, bowling,and loving his family and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wesley Pringle and his sister, Leta Creekmore. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sara M. Pringle of Glen St. Mary, Florida: Two sons, Michael Wesley (Staci) Pringle of Lake City, Florida and Matthew Ira (April) Pringle of Macclenny, Florida: His mother, Eliza Mae Pringle of Glen St. Mary, Florida: His sister, Lisa Miller of Glen St. Mary, Florida: Three grandchildren, Logan Wesley Pringle, Allison Elizabeth Ann Pringle and Sadie Renee Pringle. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Pringle will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, Nov. 20, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Griffis, Associate Pastor of the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church, officiating. Interment will be in Swift Creek Cemetery Union County, Florida.
