Mr. Wayne Robarts Williams, age 85, of Lake City, Florida died Friday, Dec. 17, in the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lake City, Florida following a long illness. He and served in the U.S. Air Force and Florida National Guard and retired as a Master Sergeant in 1991. He was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy G. and Irma Louise Williams and three brothers, Bernard Williams, Gerald Williams and Coy Williams. He is survived by his wife, Sally M. Williams of Lake City, Florida; one daughter, Melinda Sganga; two sons, L. Dean Williams and Jason Wayne Williams; and One brother, Al Williams. Seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Williams will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday, Dec. 21, in the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Hamilton, Pastor of Tallahassee Heights United Methodist Church officiating and assisted by Rev. Kevin Hall. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. (One hour before services). Final disposition will be by cremation. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W.
