Willa Mae Thrift
Willa Mae Thrift, age 92, was called home to be with the Lord on June 23, 2013. She was born in 1920 to the late Lewis and Lossie Johns and lived in Baker County all of her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of fifty-two years, Paul T. Thrift.

She had a deep love for flowers, plants, and enjoyed working in her yard and garden. She also enjoyed cooking, canning, and always wanted visitors to leave with a gift in their hand. Willa Mae was a devoted Christian mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She always had a friendly smile and dearly loved her family and friends. She will be greatly missed but her love and sweet memories will live forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her three children: Timothy Thrift, Paula T. Barton, and Joey (Bebe) Thrift. Four grandchildren, Jody (Sabrina), Jim and Christi Thrift and Nanette Barton. Six great grandchildren: Tana, Teanna, Tinsleigh, Taragan Barton and Tucker and Tara Lynn Thrift.
