William Howard Nichola

Mr. William “Howard” Nichola, age 105, son of William and Aurora Nichola of Dodgeville, passed away Friday, July 2nd, 2021 in Lake City, Florida. Howard was born February 3rd, 1916. In his 105 years he has seen the whole world change before his very eyes. He lived through the Great Depression he served our country valiantly in World War II, and spent many years helping others. He was a beloved uncle, mentor, and trusted friend. He joins in the hereafter his Father, Mother, and Sisters; Gerry, Timmie, Jeanie, and his brother; Vernon. He leaves behind his nieces; Diane and Kris (Charlie) and his nephews; Rick and Rex (Kim) and many others who will never forget him. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
